U.O. Group performs fabrication and repair to ASME Section VIII Code, as well as non-code and ABS process equipment for the chemical, offshore drilling, and petroleum industries.

Code Ratings: ASME Section VIII, Division I and II, ABS, ANSI B31 Piping, Repairs to ASME and NBIC Codes, DNV.

Materials of Construction: Mild Carbon Steels, Pressure Vessel Quality Carbon Steels (SA516 GR70, etc.), ABS Grades Carbon Steel.  All major alloys to include: Stainless Steel, Inconel, Alloys 600, 601, and 800, Nickel 200, Monel, Hastelloy, Other Nickel Alloys, 4130, 4140.

Specialty Welding: GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW, FCAW.  Pulse arc for welding and hardfacing capabilities.

Machining: Swing Vertical Boring Mill, Horizontal Turret Lathe, Horizontal Lathe.
